      Pros

      It is a family owned company and the owners are really nice.

      Cons

      Very little opportunities for advancement. Basically non existent. Training is also non existent. Very cliquey. Nothing gets done when going to management. Pay and benefits are not good.

      Getting cookies, making the cookies, testing quality of cookie, seeing from beginning to end
