      Pros

      I have worked in Piron for more than 3 years but due to my personal circumstances I had to shift to Bangalore in a different company. This has been the best company I have worked with in my career so far. Efficient management team with no unnecessary pressure. After leaving Piron, I have worked in two other companies so far, I now realize that they are the best in Industry giving out fair compensations & benefits. Whatever they use to promise, they made sure was given to us. The leave policy was also very simple in my time, I dont know, if they still follow the same structure. If again I shift to Delhi, I would definitely like to join Piron Corp.

      Cons

      The only thing I felt to be improved during my tenure were related to some Admin issues which are too small to be mentioned here.

      Pros

      Piron has shifted it's technology and platform in just no time. Biuld a team of almost freshers with some good Team Leads , trained them to a level that the product got acknowledged internationally. Awarded in BETT London, GESS Dubai. These Awards it self speak about the quality of work being delivered. The company has potentials and vision to be world leader in the segment of its work. It is growing faster than google.

      As a startup it is facing challenges. Thses challenges may appear cons to pessimist...

      Pros

      Being a current employer I can assure that working in piron in staying updated with technology. It provides platform for professional growth based on the performance and motivation of an individual. The best part is the clarity of CEO about the development of business which provides economical security to the staff. the company tries to provide the best possible environment to work.

      Cons

      Not really a con as it has its positive side as well!....Lots of freshers hired who are not able to produce as per the targets.
