Pros
-Company has a few great people, the bad apples ruin it for the masses. -good health insurance -company truck and gas card for PMs and above
Cons
-All of leadership is Caucasian and male. -No women in leadership positions. - Not enough women in PM position ( only 1 ) -Everyone avoids the office. -favoritism. -don’t mess with IT! They are untouchable. - Outdated with technology, and approach to building. -limited scopes of work. They do not venture out of Education work, and only recently where awarded Public work projects, compared to the old days. -every jobsite is ran differently and exposes the companies inability to create structure, and procedures amongst its leadership - no training. -rely heavily on third party schedulers for updates and investigative analysis -expect to experience some sort of sexism, agism, cultural, comment -Your experience ( good or bad ) will depend on who you get placed with on a jobsite. -Leadership doesn’t hold Superintendents/PMs accountable for mistakes, and will find a way to blame others. -High turn over rate. - I was told to be thankful for what I make, and that I make more compared to others in the company/my position. What type of leadership exposes the fact that they pay others less, and who have a longer tenure. -lack diversity ( diversity is more than the color of your skin. It’s your thinking, life principles, and approach to work/work ethic )
