      fun co-workers, lots of smoke breaks

      Cons

      crack the whip to answer the phone, can't make enough money unless you are cut-throat, they don't build roofs --- ever!!! Until the sales crew finally gives up and leaves.

      Laid back work, great communication, honest work, attentive training, flexible hours, fantastic boss, integrity, good work, honest roofing company, 5 star crews, well managed, over all the best roofing company I’ve ever worked for
