It's a smaller company, which some people might not like

Free Snacks. The owner is actually quite nice, but has nothing to do with every day operations of the "lower" staff people.

Low pay and toxic work environment where every single "lower" ranked person I knew wanted to leave. A "heads down" environment where you're not allowed to speak to anyone, or it's held against you. Micromanaging is an understatement. They ask you to perform new skills, and then get upset when it takes longer than a professional who's been doing it for 10+ years. Promotes people based on family ties rather than performance. For your sanity, do not work here.
