The commission structure needs revision, while it is focused on weekly performance rather than rewarding hitting campaign targets this doesn't encourage working a good campaign, just a good week. Team meetings are constantly being moved around and do not foster growth or sharing of skills/knowledge. Purely phone-based campaigns are not inclusive of any other media channels.
