It's so truncated that you end up doing the jobs of 3 people but this is not the end of the world.

Very very low pay for the work load. Upper management does not value who they hire for shows and they treat everyone as if they are replaceable. In the TV industry being replaceable is always a reality but they take it to a new extreme of disrespecting people who have worked hard for them for years.
