Pros
Some Snacks - they are different region to region Free Coffee Chairs Tables Carpet Transport reimbursement up to 150$
Cons
First of all - there are some reviews there - 5*. They are fake or simply fabricated. This is because the company has been firing people since January 2020 at a constant rate. I can't imagine a team that wasn't affected. Your fellow employees get fired but then you rate the company 5*? Not to mention the tone of those reviews. Up to you if you believe them. Secondly - the culture is a joke. There are some good people in there but in general everyone is just trying to stay "alive" year after year. So no real camaraderie. Most people have been hired in the last 1 year. This is bc they have replaced the other folks. Don't think you will do a better job - you are simply being hired for the numbers. When the time won't be convenient anymore - you will get kicked out. Thirdly - Management - don't have a clue. Plans change more often than i change my socks. This will put you in some very precarious situations - situations that you didn't agree to. This is because they know Okta and MS are better both pricing and functionality wise so managers just want to show to their bosses that they've done everything they could with their teams - so perhaps time to change the people (again). In general this is a cult of the leader. All you will ever do is try to please that 1 kahuna in your respective region. Not even your direct management as they are not as important. "COVID Layoffs": These weren't real covid layoffs. Management needed a way to offload a bunch of people off the company's books so they can have a high EPS so investors can buy shares. Hence now they are re-hiring for those roles. Personally if you ask me: this organisation has always struggled. They will sell you the story that they are growing and now is the right time to join the organisation just that the market proves otherwise. Okta and MS are well ahead esp. Okta. More importantly, partners will only come to you for bench-marking reasons - never with a real proposal. If you are in sales - 30% target attainment is the most you could hope for. Customers are leaving left right and centre since the product lacks in features and pricing is also behind MS. This doesn't seem like a good company to work for. Up to you. Also the CEO is a joke - he will say in his all hands meetings that if you don't like it in his company - you should leave. Especially referring to those tenured employees that didn't sign up for some of the new company direction. How can you say that to those people that made you who you are today? (Basically?!?!) Don't be fooled about the compensation etc. - they will have budgeted for 1/2 of that as their planning time frame increments are weekly. So you might sign up for $100k but if you get fired 6 months in then you only made 50k.
