You can welcome a more fair environment than other big financial companies, groups in China. Keep changing, welcome new ideas. You can achieve more if you work hard.
Cons
Work overtime, late in the night and weekends. Unreasonable KPI, with no link to macro economy, just management's expectations. No real innovation that lead or change the industry.
