Pros
1. Flexible schedule with personal life (brings a lot to the table for me) 2. Pay is appropriate to the job skill and talent...and even though raises aren't required, I found them to be generous in giving them annually based on job performance and skill improvement. 3. They offer profit sharing and a decent 401 K plan....which is a supplement your wages. 4. Even though work load can get heavy, at the end of the work day you aren't demanded to stay for O.T. and they understand you can only do so much work in 1 day 5. Annual Bonuses are given even though they aren't required to give them. 6. Small company enough to feel intimate and personal. 7. Art department atmosphere is really comfortable and friendly. 8. Great projects to work for famous clients. 9. Mario and Shelly take great pride in their company and work really hard to do whats best for the company as a whole.
Cons
No company is perfect and all have limitations on what they can do. I honestly can't say that I have any cons. People aren't perfect and issues will be at every job you go to. But for the most part my job experience has been really enjoyable and I look forward to coming to work every day. I guess its a matter of perspective for me. I'm just grateful I get to draw for a living.
