Pros
I work at the Temple Terrace branch. The management does their job, meaning that sometimes they have to make necessary unpopular decisions, but they have the decency to treat you like an adult when doing so. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the management and staff here, and they've worked hard for it. I've been here for about a year, so I've seen both good days and bad days.
Cons
It's an easy job, and sometimes it's a bit slow, so expect some down time. It can get boring if you don't find/give yourself things to do.
