Cons
- French working culture dominates the office (all high ranking officers are in fact French), this strongly clashes with the Danish way. Expect long working hours, top down management, extreme control from HQ and overall a very tense atmosphere. - Training is uniquely for sales team + product managers, all others are left struggling - Disorganized working environment, IT systems are old and are barely kept alive by peculiar in-house solutions. - There is an excessive degree of control from the HQ on the subsidiary, everything needs to be traced and justified, 65% of time is dedicated to reporting and at best 35% is dedicated to improving the business, effectively leaving the business hamstrung. There is also evidence of political games at the high levels of the organization. - Office is in the middle of nowhere, commuting without a car takes 1 hour at least - Low salaries, juniors get less than 22k dkk, and most non senior personnel is payed below national average. Only CFO & CEO have massive salaries. - Inexistent benefits: working from home is not tolerated, unless in extreme situations. No memberships to anything, no discounts, no leisure activities in the office - in short there are no office perks, not even a canteeen! - Management is clueless about how to take care of employees, therefore turnover is high - Very very difficult to get promoted, short sighted management will not allow transitions between different roles (i.e. you are a marketeer, you will be a marketeer forever)
