Cheap company has no money and is constantly looking to cut corners. Company doesn’t value good people and has high turnover

The operations team at the plant is quite friendly towards students and is willing to teach if you are willing to learn. Good experience and lots to learn and take elsewhere. Scheduled rotation is very well balanced.

Possibility of a permanent position for students seems unlikely.
