The incessant verbal vitriol of the vile managing partner will test you each day and affect your personal life. His ego prevents him from sharing any success when something goes well or take responsibility when something goes poorly. The firm's systemic high turnover forces people out and brings in oblivious new hires. The revolving door does not aid confidence in future gainful employment, nor reflect well on the business in itself. Do your homework and contact previous employees. One of the most virulent and inefficient workplaces I've ever experienced. To call the environment toxic and negative from the top down would be an understatement. Good luck getting anything done without being scolded for minor inefficiencies while the place operates like a tank in quicksand. Long hours, thankless job made worse by the mean-spirited, imbecilic managing partner, who is so disorganized it will break your soul. An archaic-minded mess all around
