Everyone was like a family and they are all supportive and friendly in everything you do. Sometimes the work can be challenging and overwhelming but the staff and managers and your co-workers are always there to back you up and help you get through it all.
Cons
There is not much room for advancement since it is such a small organization but it is expanding to different parts of WA so relocation is looking favorable if someone were interested.
