Pros

Product is solid, company has lots of resources to leverage, Alper the CEO seems like a good leader. The Turks are super nice people. Lots of positives outside of US sales.

Cons

Pretty simple. Culture/sales leadership. Do the research before joining. You’ll figure it out quickly. Revolving door. Quotas are unrealistic, as is the work life balance. Hope you like working weekends.

Pros

- Dynamic product/tech with a significant roster of F500 clients - Surrounded by highly experienced/accomplished operators - Culture is team oriented and action oriented. Everybody willing to roll up sleeves - Designated by Gartner, Forrester, and others as the leader in the space - Company is very healthy from a financial and operational perspective, offering stability - Great benefits and pay. Managers look to reward hard work.

Cons

None for me - but expect to be treated like a high-performing professional focused on accountability, execution, and outcomes. This is not for everybody, but typically those that are not accustom to performing at a high-level are weeded out during the interview process.

Pros

One of the best things about working here is the people. The team is made up of smart, collaborative professionals who are not only highly capable but also genuinely supportive of one another. There’s a strong culture of collaborative problem-solving. Another major highlight is the customer base. Our customers truly love what we do. The product provides significant value, and you can see that reflected in the loyalty and enthusiasm of those who use it. It’s motivating to know that the work we do has a real, positive impact. Leadership is also worth noting. They’re committed to doing things the right way, with a clear focus on building trust and long-term value. There’s a genuine intent to take care of customers and deliver meaningful outcomes, which sets the tone for the entire organization.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, so it’s important to be strategic, agile and adaptable. It's not a negative, just something to keep in mind.
