Labourers are unionized and the pay is decent.

So much miscommunication, management does not care about safety, mechanics complain when you need equipment repaired. Was told to use unsafe vehicles and equipment, management bragged about firing people. Little if any training or guidance provided. Company will always attempt to do the bare minimum in order to save money and end up costing them more in the long run.
