-very strict - the hr said the employee must come to work despite illness -timesheet to be maintained for every task, which is next to impossible when you are working in a creative space

1. Avinash is the founder, try to get mapped under him. You have a lot of freedom and even if you screw something up it's not the end of the road. 2. The KAM training process is very extensive & done on a foundational level. You can be a guy with 100Rs in your account and you'll get opportunities to pitch a guy whose net worth is in crores. 3. You need to come forward and take responsibility. Talk to your lead about what you want from the role, they'll give additional projects, brands. If you don't ask you'll not get the big brands.

1. Less team activities since the company is at its growing stage, hence a flat hierarchy. 2. A very dynamic environment which may make freshers a little nervous 3. Saturday is half day.
