Even as a contract worker the pay was amazing!

Tiny garbage can that employees were told to use.

the company overall, is serving many different needs and options for their customers. A steady, and long term company status.

Departmently, not so serving. Very stuck on "this is the way it has been done, and will continue" attitude. Non encouraging on "team" concepts, employee enrichments, and poor employee retainment. Don't want to fix, hear, or solve employee disparity.
