Pros
Best in class, colleagues. The value and insights they bring to the table are off the charts. They help you get into a completely new field (my eg: Crypto) a lot quicker. Hybrid Work Structure, You meet deadlines, no office hours - You can work from office or even WFH. Friendly Work Culture - everyone here at Phyllo supports and motivates your work and private hustles. I was encouraged a lot to get back on track with my creator side, creating content on Youtube and live-streaming, even after joining Phyllo. "Have you met Akhil?" - our CEO and the most friendly people's person I've ever met. We meet at our office in Bangalore every Tuesday, to have a good chat and get lunch. We have also planned to make the space more fun, by bringing in some consoles and VR whatnots. We have an offsite vacation every 3 months, where we get the whole team together, do little work and party hard.
Cons
Personally, I was a little weak with Hindi, which sometimes gets commonly used around in the office. Mostly, they try to get back to English when I am around, but sometimes, it gets a lil confusing. I wouldn't say it as a con, but its a bet - The problem space, which Phyllo is working on right now, can be a little confusing for outsiders. It was for me as well, but I've worked my way through it. Diversity could be managed a lot better.
