I don't really know where to start. Toxicity is the name of the game. *****Do yourself a favour, read this and the other negative reviews and really take them into consideration. Reach out to previous employees as well before joining this company. I had initially wanted to avoid leaving a review but after hearing about more firings, I wanted to take some time to shed light on this company. First and foremost, if you value your life, your sanity, mental health and if you have any self respect, stay away from this company. The recent salary boost is just a cover up for all the firings and the people that have left. Don't focus on the salary, I promise you - you will hate yourself. Despite working your heart out, on days off and weekends, this company will never appreciate you. A company's duty and role when onboarding employees is to provide them with any help necessary in order for them to succeed. While over here, a few months in, if you ask for help, it's pretty much committing a crime because you will have a mark painted on you - which will later on be used against you. And eventually, even to fire you. Managers have no care. As long as you are hitting the numbers they've promised to the leadership, you are in good standing. Otherwise you get cut fast and managers build a personal grudge against you. Managers have ZERO training on how to handle their teams. Zero focus on their employees well being, mental health. Any lack of performance that maybe caused by a number of personal issues, will result in a performance plan (which means 100% you're getting let go). The politics in this company are disgusting. You will never, ever understand your role. They will cut corners to make you do things other teams should be doing. But basically, your role is that of a honorary technical associate, sales AND customer service and day-to-day things marketing should be handling. You will take a lot of heat from clients for this company's incompetency and consistent failure of product and down time. Despite you training and offering assistance and helping MULTIPLE new hires coming in, you will hold no value. You are a small cog in the machine and easily replaceable. If they at all cared for their workers well being and truly wanted them to improve - they would make that effort and better understand where/ how to utilize their skill sets. Not put them on a performance plan and fire them a month later.
