      The technology is really interesting and there a lot of talent in the company

      Cons

      Found management to be lacklustre and mostly all talk. Sadly no career development or internal skill development OR coaching of employees (even though they promise it, I saw an entire BD team fired without warning). No DNI focus or program, even after numerous requests by many colleagues.

      Strong Leadership at C-Level (low EGO) Depth of product and areas of investment/innovation Market tailwinds Very strong team (seems to raise the bar with each hire) Long-term mindset

      Prague HQ means a natural lag on some processes in the US but good progress in removing dependencies

      Since we don't have, and never have had, a salesperson based in Jacksonville, FL, I will say i think this review is 'fake news'.
