This is the worst company don't join here and regret There is no work life balance in this worst company,You will get salary only if you are in project else you will be placed in bench and you will be asked to apply for LOP and you won't be paid, You will never get your variable pay and this company's work culture is very worst they will make you to stay inside office and work for 9 hours and then they will make you to work in US hours after office and most of the times you will be asked to work on weekends as well and each and every minute you will be micromanaged with tool called prohance and if you don't meet 8 hours expectation in prohance you will be asked for justification else you need to apply for LOP for that day. Some employees have even worked during family emergency when someone from their family was admitted to the hospital and then the same employees were made to apply for LOP as WFH is not allowed as per policy and as it requires approval from upper management which will never be approved. Any day in this company can be your last working day all their projects are completely unplanned and chaotic where you are explected to be available after office hours and all projects are short term projects lasting hardly for 6-8 months Don't fall for paid positive reviews which are fake and which are posted just to keep rating high Don't join this worst company and suffer.
