      The culture is great when you have a great team. When you do, they can be really invested in your growth and want to see you succeed.

      Sports is a grind and when salaried, the pay doesn’t always line up for those below certain levels.

      New and exciting direction of how sponsorships are managed and sold. Very strategy based with a wide variety of types of companies and assets. The mid-level management culture is generally very good.

      Cons

      Inter-office politics and friction is tangible at the Sr. level.
