I worked at Phoenix Rebellion Therapy and found it to be a meaningful and fulfilling experience. The practice is client focused with a clear commitment helping people genuinely heal. I always felt supported by coworkers and management and never had any negative experiences. The company culture was very diplomatic and we helped eachother as much as possible so we could manage our clients without burnout, minimal stress, and long hours.

Experienced some growing pains. Just like any young company communication struggled as the company grew. But new management has been able to steady the ship and everything was running smoothly for most of the year. I think this company has great growth potential and it is a good place to get experience in a field with no substitute for experience.
