Average salaries and private insurance contract. Good and young co-workers.
Cons
The administration and the managers are unexpienced and unprofessional. No good training suport and for every mistake, they judge you. Some team leaders don't deserve to be in that position. Also, they don't pay extra for your bussiness trip in Germany and they are trying to do it in the cheapest way.
