You have to beg management to assign cases. It has been suggested to email a weekly list but they don't. Clients and Agencies have called requesting me as their counselor and Keira or Brianna assigns to whoever is their favorite. Keira used to be available to help and now refuses to return calls. Briana is too busy with her mystical "Love Flows" platform and admitted that the company was almost bankrupt this year. Chris the owner had a voicemail that was constantly full and was unavailable for months, and no notice to any of us working for Phoenix. Brianna has taken over and the entire vibe of the agency sucks now. I have had my notes changed in the system & when questioned I have been told it's due to a Medicaid audit. To me, this seems illegal. The company has grown to so many locations and it appears that Phoenix pad their illegal activities by having half the staff as interns. The company is running its finances in the Virgin Islands. What are you hiding?
