Pros

The company pays you to complete five training modules and pass the exams. Once done, you earn an additional $10.00 per hour. The 12-hour shifts allow you more days off. Paid lunch break.

Cons

Standing for 12 hours on concrete, not being allowed to sit except for official breaks, is really rough!

Pros

Quality production and clean manufacturing environment. A lot of investment in injection molding machinery with a strong focus on safety

Cons

Worked at the corporate office for several years. No room for promotion and zero initiatives on leadership development. They will hire outside the company for upper level management instead of developing good employees. Also NO diversity initiatives. Manufacturing employees see DEI as a threat and leadership has little ability or desire in implementing a culture that allows all employees to feel safe in bringing their best self to work.
