Pros
There were a few great, hard-working people that worked there.
Cons
The day I signed papers to become an employee, they forgot that I was scheduled. Then I overheard someone complaining that they scheduled me for that day. It did not make me feel welcomed! The first two weeks of training barely applied to my position. It would have been better to have me job-shadowing so I could be more prepared for when I worked on my own. Some of the management is rude. They even made comments like "ship them in and ship them out" when workers were quitting and we were low on staff. That doesn't really make it feel like we are valued as workers there. Our work load was very high and a lot of people ended up working at home on days off. This made it harder to do the best we could for our clients. Almost every day I heard people talking poorly of other co-workers; gossip was spread easily! Some of the staff in the HR department were extremely rude whenever I had to work with them on insurance, etc. Pay was low and benefits weren't great either.
