      Good people, family-like atmosphere, good compensation, very technology-oriented, interesting business to be in, lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Not in business any more. They were too good and too attractive to other companies to stand on their own.

      learn derivatives trading model. high speed low latency trading system. access to a number of trading firms and explore their trading strategies.

      Cons

      no new technologies introduced and was lagging behind on the technological innovation. phlx had a very bad choice of technology for trading platform.
