Pros
Great coworkers, my Store Lead was very attentive to our well-being and always found a way to help a coworker having a hard time. Good healthcare as well through the company. You might even see the CEO, Jacob Jaber, pop in! I even met Phil himself one day; he's taking it easy these days, but I hear he still likes to drop in to visit.
Cons
The downsides are the usual ones that come with retail/food service unfortunately. Injuries on the job are common (ex: spilling the nearly boiling water on yourself); it can be a high-paced environment so accidents will happen. Abusive customers and homeless people can be overwhelming and sometimes dangerous if they get physical.
