Business outlook

Pros

Management is on top of their game. They give not only their clients but their employees 100% dedication. They offer great service, and the best signage in the state. Fabrication is in house by a supreme team without error. The sales staff and reception team are extremely kind, positive, and most importantly dedicated to serving the clients and making them above satisfied. They are thorough and pay attention to detail. The artists are creative and dedicated to making the clients happy as well. Health insurance is good.

Cons

Policies and guidelines are in the gray area, causing no set standards to follow. Paid vacation and raises don't correlate with state averages. Position openings are not openly offered to in house employees prior to posting to the public. No training procedures documented in writing for new hires.
