The people at Phillips Sign are a great team to work with. Steady growth in size and complexity over my time at the company. Most employees have been here 10 years or more, I've worked here 18 years. Good benefits package, 401K with match, Health & Life insurance.Custom nature of our business means you're constantly challenged with something new. I don't think we can do that is hardly ever an option. Many opportunities for overtime. On the job training of the skills of the sign trade.
