Pros
Employees form a very close work group, and sometimes feel like an extended family. Communication is always a high priority, and responses to any important questions or concerns are given quickly. The resources at your disposal to do your job are vast, and they even pay for courses to further train you in important sites and software.
Cons
As a smaller company, cliques exist to a certain extent. Also, personal differences between employees can become more drawn out than they need be as a result of office gossip.
