Good pay, great hourly brother/sisterhood.
Cons
Us vs. Them mentality. No room for advancement. Transformation is another word for management doesn't know what the heck their organization is doing. ELTs blind that they are the problem. Middle management cares only about thier rating for pay purposes. Lower management t is overwhelmed with horse manure from above!
