Pros

You have the ability to work from home, the salary is decent, your coworkers are helpful, gym , educational, medical and dental benefits. 401K match up to 6% and an annual bonus depending on how the company performs.

Cons

Over the past 12 years, I have seen Ebbs and flows within the organization. Of all the times that I've been working here, this has been the worst. Systems that have been in place and working have been dismantled just because new leadership has arrived and want to implement their ideas without any background of what the organization is and has done. This is causing a mass Exodus within the workforce and the constant turnover is impacting those remaining and subsequently our customers.

Great company with great work environment. Work quality of life is excellent. Good benefits and good vacation time.

Cons

Lots of change based on changing times. Your way of working will change somewhat at least every couple of years.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
