You rub shoulders with a lot of people that you probably wouldn't come across. Good place if your trying to network. Also you can get tickets to games and concerts at a discount if your a full-time employee. Often you can get jersey's, shoes, & etc if your working.

Not enough pay. It seems as though that the company views you as a liability than an asset.
