Pros
They send you a paycheck that is mostly accurate. I was fully remote. The art director and some of the sales folks are good people.
Cons
They'll tell you you're going to get a book of current customers - you won't. They'll tell you they're going to pay you more after the first few months - they're not. Ask them about their go to market strategy - there is none. Ask them about onboarding - there is none. Ask them about their turnover rate - its a rotating door. They literally want you to google customers (no investment in data), lie to them, and then pay you a 1% commission on the total sales order. The sales "manager" makes 100% dollar for dollar of the commission you earn as a sales rep if the 1% commission isn't the first red flag, this should be. It's meant to line the pockets of about 3 individuals at the company. I have 12 years in sales and working for this company was worse than selling door to door fiber optics in the summer 10 years ago. Don't. Waste. Your. Time.
