Steady work. If you are at work every day the liklihood of anything happenning to you is minimal. They really don't make anyone accountable for their actions, so if you're not so good at what you do, you can work their forever
Cons
Family runs the place, very old school ideas, no training, no steady increases (but this is getting better), CEo out of touch with the people. Huge swings in business. If you are family or one of the favored few, your life is great. The rest of us don't get bonsues based on anything but a whim from the owner. Very old school. If you are a favorite, you can get away with just about anything. Craziest place I've ever worked. No chance for promotion unless you threaten to leave, no training, no difference with work once your salary
