Doesn't pay as much as competition

The work is simple. Facility is clean.

A lot of drama, gossip, and cattiness among coworkers. They hired a new DON and I can tell she loves and cares about the employees. However, the administrator could care less about the staff. She seems very cold, fake and in genuine. Some supervisors abuse their power and ask CNAs to get their lunch and push their carts around. I feel like I wake up for a pay check. I dread going to work.
