- Good benefit and compensation - Boss are nice but does have PETS
Cons
- Their promotion doesn't even follow the ladder of the organization. Kapag malakas ka sa somebody, regardless of may ma aapakan kang ibang tao, they don't mind. This company is not good for someone who wants to have career growth. You can never achieve it here no matter how hard you work, unless you have KAPIT.
