This is a good Starting career as an IT Support you can gain a lot of knowledge when it comes on handling Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting.
Cons
Even thou phil-data is great starting point of being IT Support the salary they offer is not that great. They don't have yearly salary, they cannot give you certificate of appreciation after you finish some project they also don't publicly announce inside the company who to give credits after successfully finishing a big projects Like Deployment.
