Pros
Flexible hours are fantastic. The bonuses are twice a year and usually large.
Cons
Pay is not competitive for where I live. "HR" is a joke. Communication is almost non existent from management. Cultural problems exist between teams. No growth potential in the laboratory. Job descriptions and how to achieve the next level in growth do not exist.
