Worst Company, Predatory - Security Officer Phelps Security Employee Review

Unrealistic, and overtly ambitious about the duties of the security officers. The training is not update. I watched videos for 4 hours that were from 1991. Officers are treated like numbers and their opinions are not respected. Worst paying security company in the nation. They pay you less to pick up shifts that are not your assigned post, so, if your assigned post is $10/hr and you pick up any shift you will be paid $8/hr to go out your way to help them cover that post. They will charge you $20 if you need a transport to any post when Supervising Guard are already mobile their entire shift. You have to pay to get their uniformed altered. Worst company I ever worked for. You may work over time and get time and a half, but I had to work 110 hours two weeks for a $900 paycheck. At my last job I work 80 hours and got paid more.
