In our recent Great Place to Work survey in which we secured certification, 90% of respondents said executives fully embody the best characteristics of the company. Consistent with the ratings of the Top 100 Companies, 69% of respondents said management includes people in decisions that affect their jobs or work environment, and 75% of respondents said management genuinely seeks and responds to ideas and suggestions.
In fact, our top engagement driver is "I feel that I belong at Pharmavite" with 81% of respondents reporting so. We're sorry you don't feel that way and encourage you to explore other options.
Beyond the data, it is important to highlight that we take all employee complaints extremely seriously and ensure allegations are appropriately investigated. The Company also prohibits retaliation against any individual who in good faith complains of perceived harassing or discriminatory conduct, participates in a Company or agency investigation into such complaints, requests a reasonable accommodation, or engages in other protected activity.
Finally, we are deeply proud of our efforts to give back in all communities in need across the United States, including a recent donation to the Red Cross to support those impacted by Hurricane Helene, which we decided not to publicize but will be sharing internally with employees.
