At Pharmavite, we continue to expand our Total Rewards program by adding new benefits like pet insurance and mental health resources to ensure employees feel supported at work and at home. Although the cost of health care continues to rise, Pharmavite chooses to absorb the cost in lieu of passing it on to the employee. We are proud to share that in a recent employee survey, 81% agree that our benefits are competitive.
On the hybrid working front, Pharmavite has been a leader in offering employees flexibility through a commonsense approach. When we first returned to the office earlier in 2022, we built a customized and personalized plan for each employee based on their role and responsibilities. That lead to most hybrid work employees being mapped at three days in the office. In our recent announcement, we just formalized those three days to Tuesday through Thursday to enable strong working relationships and ensuring a cohesive culture, while also providing for the flexibility needed by teams and employees. We’ve also empowered our managers to take a practical approach to ensure employees have added flexibility such as offering work away weeks for anyone who wants to travel and work, as well as fully virtual weeks at certain times during the year such as the week of Thanksgiving.
