I personally align to work for a company that produces product with high quality and quality standard that i can feel proud to promote and sell its product. 3- Care Deeply and Do something - it is one of the four operating values and the company and its employees walk the talk. It is a company that support its employees well being and strives to supports its employees through perk programs, wellness days and FREE vitamins and supplements. 4- Compensation - Pharmavite offers a market rate compensation which can be better compared to bigger companies. This was a big selling point for me to choose this company over others. 5- Collaboration - everyone at this company is helpful and supportive of new ideas which embraces the company operating value ; "Run it like you own it". If the idea can support the overall team and business, upper management is open to bring light to that new project.
