      Solid industry, high demand products, a company that truly cares about its people especially now during COVIS-19, down to earth leadership that is making decisions, a very solid growth plan, strong P&L, competitive salary and bonuses, and top notch benefits.

      I really don’t have any cons; this is a great place to be.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great products, great people to work with. I was with the company for 15 years, total professionals at what they do. One of the best corporate leadership teams I have worked with. Lots of growth and opportunities for advancement. Always felt the company really cared for its employees and its community.

      Good comp, plenty of remote weeks during the year. Plenty of diversity in the company and it is a very successful company
