Dont waste your time interviewing - Analyst Pharmacy Access Solutions Employee Review

- They have a great work environment and there is quite a diverse cultural workforce here. - You get to see all parts of the company working in union. I have worked at larger companies and the one thing about PASI is that as a small company, I was able to see how everything is handled internally. In my current position that may not mean much but for future responsibilities in management, meaning for when i become a manager, this was an invaluable experience. - You have great full timers ready to teach you. I had no experience with what we were doing here but it was thanks to everyone at PASI that I was able to quickly pick up my responsibilities. - Senior management is quite friendly and i have always been free with them. They really helped me fit in with everyone at PASI. - Its not all just work. They have a social committee which organizations events throughout the year for everyone to participate in. This really helps bond with everyone and i really enjoy all the events. Overall It was a great place to work and a great place to learn. Very few workplaces have that combination.

The only thing i can say i did not like was the location. I wish they were situated in Toronto. I may be saying that just because i am from Toronto but Mississauga transit and the roads have been very confusing for me.

I’m not sure I understand the negative reviews I see here. During my tenure at Pharmacy Access Solutions Inc., I have experienced both personal and professional growth. If you are a team player and enjoy working for a small, growing and busy company, PASI is a great place. If you are looking for a company where you can hide, work only on your assigned tasks and be out the door at 5:01 PM every evening, then it might not be the right place for you. PASI has a team atmosphere, an environment that is open to new ideas, where employee responsibility, accountability and growth are encouraged. You just have to go for it.

Any cons I have experienced at PASI have been remedied. A small, fast-growing company is bound to make some mistakes. But once these mistakes are discovered, solutions are established and implemented, and then it’s full steam ahead.
