Great commission & ethos. Products are decent and trusted by clients. Great opportunities to travel I have read many recent reviews from disgruntled, underachieving sales reps blaming everyone else but themsevles. As someone that works in Product and also sits on the salesfloor, I am able to provide an unbiased view of what goes on. I have also never worked for a competitor so don't sit under the other category of employees that are getting bashed on here. The middle management work harder than any current or former reps to try and make sure their teams are successful. Whilst there are KPI's in place, these are in no way enforced harder than any other organisation I've worked at over the years... perhaps these recent leavers should take a long, hard look at their work ethic before slandering the company. The accusations of bullying are insane. The sales guys here are paid extremely well so therefore there are high expectations, which I personally feel is fair enough. When you therefore see people being paid decent money who aren't making phone calls and are contributing 0 revenue each month, this will obviously result in people being put on Performance Improvement Plans and having to deal with HR. This is exactly the same process that I have seen at every other company I have worked in and is in no way enforced more vigorously here... I've been at Informa Pharma almost 5 years and have absolutely no desire to move on. During this time, I've worked hard and seen my career take off and this is a testament to the growth opportunities at this place. There are so many people here that have been with the company 10+ years. If there was a bullying culture etc you wouldn't see so many people that have spent the vast majority of there careers here. If you are considering a job here, please ignore the recent negative reviews and judge us for yourself.
